I appreciated its very polite and really wonderful employees.
The room was reasonably spacious, featured a mini-fridge-bar, ironing facilities, and a work desk. Private bathroom. The location was good and magnificent, just 5 minutes walk from Nouvelle Ville.

Clean and comfortable rooms, amazing variety of food at the restaurant, kind and welcoming manager. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious, with a stunning rooftop view. The staff were professional and Mr. Aziz Lemkouem, the Director General, went above and beyond by preparing a to-go box for my missed dinner. The hotel is friendly, clean, and modern, and I highly recommend it. The location is central and convenient, with spacious rooms and daily housekeeping. The AC worked perfectly and the curtains blocked out all light. The hotel felt safe and secure with helpful staff. a fantastic experience and I will definitely stay here again in the future. The lifeguard was really handsome by the way!

I liked the area as it was very central and felt very safe. I liked the view from the breakfast restaurant. I liked having a TV in the room and found the beds comfortable.
I was not happy that on the morning I went to reception to check out and was told that my bill was 110 Euros. When I booked the room, my booking confirmation told me that the price was 92 Euros plus 2.4 Euros city tax. I was therefore not impressed to be told by one staff member that I had to pay 110 Euros. another staff member agreed that my bill was 94.4 Euros but by then I could not pay as the original staff member had started to cash up the till and would not let me pay till she had finished. I felt that this was rude. All she said to me was that I could pay by visa as I did not have enough Euros, when I was in the right and had sufficient Euros to pay the bill. I gave her 95 Euros and she refused to give me change.

I requested a non-smoking room, and the hotel staff promptly accommodated my request without any hesitation. The room was fresh and clean, with no trace of smoke lingering. I appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to providing a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for their excellent customer service and adherence to guest preferences.

The hotel is located very close from the main street of Fes. I had a room on the first floor with a nice view of the roundabout with a fountain in the middle.
The lamp that enlightens the front door was broken, the only one on that floor. I wasn't able to see where to put my card in. Also, the hotel has only one working WiFi accesspoint with a weak signal. The one on the sixth floor doesn't even work.

We got room just above main street. It hapen also in other hotels, but this hotel window had almost no sound insulation, so it felt like sleeping in the middle of the road. Terrible. A/C was possible to turn on only by hotel staff for selected time, becuse remote was kept at reception.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Fes. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were extremely reasonable and I felt like I got a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still conveniently close to the CTM bus station. This made it easy for me to navigate and explore the city. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the nice balcony in my room where I could enjoy some fresh air and take in the view. The three narrow beds were a bit unusual, but they were clean and ensured a good night's sleep. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

There is nothing that I really enjoyed about this hotel.
The price is Euros or in US Dollar not guarantee. That is to say, if you have a reservation in Euros or Dollar, the price can change according to the currency rate at the moment. I my case, we payed 10% more than the price established in the reservation. So, be prepared, cause they won't let you know about this.
